Refreshing a stale real estate listing?

Hello,

I put my property on the market over 90 days ago and at first activity was pretty good on the condo. We even received an offer the first few days on the market. We wanted to except, however, our realtor convinced us that we should hold out since it had been a few days. Needless to say, we have only received one additional offer, which was $50,000 less than the asking price.

We've looked at all of the possible problems such as whether it's priced right, not getting exposure, being marketed correctly, etc. It's priced right (unit next door sold for 460K two years ago and we're asking for $465K now, unit under us that's 500sf less just sold for $438K).

Should we remove our property for sale, find another realtor, and then re-list? Are there other alternatives? We're interested in renting, however, since we now live out of state, we don't want to be landlords. Are there any property management agencies who handle rentals for owners?
