Selling my Condo?

My wife and I are currently in Graduate school and I thought it would be a good idea to buy a condo instead of renting. We bought it for 100,000 and im now having second thoughts about wheither it will sell for what we paid for it or more. It's a great place in Milwaukee, Underground heated parking, close to the medical school we attend and it's a great neighborhood. My concern is that it is just a one bed, one bath and the market is horible to sell right now. We plan to sell in 5 to 7 years from now. Am I being to paranoid or should I be worried. What would be a good price to sell it for?
