Refinancing in Ohio..?
We need to refinance to get a lower mortgage payment. My husbands credit score and credit are much better then mine. I was told if my name is on the deed to the mortgage then my credit has to be used. I thought we could re-fi on just my husbands income and credit score. If this is not the case would it make sense to remove me from the deed? And if so, how is that done?
